Phase 1 - Contextualization & Scoping: We begin with an in-depth assessment of your organization's background, structure, and strategy. Our Executive AI Readiness Assessment measures your preparedness to adopt AI, providing a solid starting point for determining the next steps in your AI journey. We need to understand your AI objectives and business drivers. Typical drivers for implementing AI is scalability, operational efficiency and automation; augmented intelligence, thereby enhanced decision making; improved custmer experience; improvoing creativity. Dynaminds performs an assessment of external market conditions and trends. Determining the scope of the AI Opportunity Scan involves pinpointing which domains within your organization are suited for AI integration and identifying the key stakeholders to involve. You can choose btween a full scan of your complete organization and all its domains, or scope the scan to be applied on a section of your organization (for example scoping Customer Services or Operations).

Phase 2 - Interviews: Through stakeholder interviews (and possibly physical site visits), we identify AI opportunities across different business domains. During this phase, we develop one or multiple Domain Analysis Overviews for each organizational domain (ie. company division) in scope. We then pinpoint practical AI projects and applications that align with your business objectives.

Identified initiatives are assessed for impact and feasibiliy, considering aspects such as technical, data, and resources. Risks, investment needs, and potentially the ROI of AI deployments are scrutinized to provide a clear understanding of the financial and operational implications.

Phase 3 - Opportunity Assessment: We rate each AI initiative's feasibility and impact, reflecting on how well it aligns with your strategic goals and available resources. This results in an Impact and Feasibility Matrix and an AI Roadmap, offering a pragmatic way forward for your organization.

Phase 4 - Reporting: The insights and data collected are synthesized into a comprehensive AI Impact & Feasibility Report, including a tailored AI Roadmap. The results and our advice for your way forward are presented to you. Our '7 Pillars of Successful AI Transformation' framework will serve as a guideline in our reporting.
